It started in 2009, with Microsoft FrontPage and a website built to impress my sensei.

What it never became, on purpose, was a big agency. I had chances to scale it into layers of account managers and a sales floor. I never wanted that. I like being close to the work and close to the people I do it for. I like seeing a client win. That choice is the whole reason the retention and referral numbers are what they are, and it is the reason your account will never be handed to someone you have never met.
Creative Signals is led by me. I am the strategist, and my clients work with me directly. No account executives. Independently owned, no private investors, no other chefs in the kitchen, and that is on purpose. The only people this business answers to are the businesses it serves.
We are heading into the biggest change in marketing since the phone books went bye-bye. AI is reshaping how customers find and choose businesses, and most companies do not have a plan for it yet.
